1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid PDFGO plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No complicated conditions — if PDFGO isn't right for you within that window, we'll refund your payment.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at Info@pdfgo.org or call +1 412-930-0808 with:

• The name and email used for the order
• Your order or request reference (if available)
• A brief reason for the refund (optional, but it helps us improve)

3. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Exceptions

• The free Reader plan is $0 and does not involve any payment or refund.
• Refund requests made after the 14-day window may be considered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse of this policy.

5. Renewals

For annual plans, you may cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next term. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge for a refund.
