Paid plans are billed in US dollars at the prices listed on our Pricing page. Requests are submitted through our contact form, and our team confirms your order. Fees are due as described at the time of purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Service, including all software, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by PDFGO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights except as expressly stated. PDFGO is an independent product and is not affiliated with any other company or brand.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the documents and content you process with PDFGO. The application processes your files locally on your device; we do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

10. Changes
